There are a number of things that can happen that can stop a project cold. Things such as an accident on the job. This type of event will stop a project in its tracks erasing any hope for a profitable job. Other unforeseen problems such as safety problems found on a job including mold, asbestos, vermiculite or live knob-and-tube wiring can severely impact the profitability of a job. This session discusses the many types of “Job Stoppers” and provides solutions to keep jobs on track and remain profitable. You will learn:

1. About what types of problems can occur that can reduce or eliminate the profitability of a job.
2. You will see why it is critically important to identify job stoppers early in the process to minimize their impact on cost-effectiveness of projects.
3. You will learn how effective training programs can help jobs run smoothly without the negative impact of job stoppers.
4. And you will gain a better understanding of why eliminating job stoppers can greatly improve the profitability of your business.
