Spray-foam continues to be used more and more in the Home Performance Industry. It is extremely effective when used to air seal and/or insulate homes. This training provides an overview of both 1-part and 2-part spray-foam systems and their typical applications. It also includes an overview of the different types of foam such as open cell and closed cell options, as well as high pressure and low pressure delivery systems.

In this course you will also learn:

1. How 1-Part spray foam is different than 2-part spray foam.
2. You will gain a better understanding of low density foam applications compared to higher density foams.
3. You will learn about problems that can occur when using spray foams in the field if you are not properly trained or applying the spray foam appropriately.
4. And you will understand why spray foam can provide high levels of insulating capabilities and superior air infiltration reductions when installed properly.
