Upon purchase, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the provided Word document. This document can be found under "Files" once the course is purchased.
2. Email your completed Word document to info@greenhomesamerica.com. GreenHomes will load your user information into the Learning Portal for you. If you are having trouble locating the file, one will be e-mailed to you as well.
3. GreenHomes will e-mail back your users' login information.
4. All courses will be available right away! Don't forget to enter your BPI ID (if applicable) to earn CEU credits towards re-certification.

Users will have 365 days to start a course. Once course is complete, access will be removed.
