For residential contractors, electrical accidents are one of the top 5 leading causes of fatalities while working on the job. It is true that Electrical hazards are only a small percentage of total workplace injuries, but they are more likely to result in death than injuries from other causes. In this course you will learn:
1. Electrical safety precautions that should be followed in all home performance work.
2. Working in attics and crawlspaces with wiring present.
3. Diagnosing and evaluating knob and tube wiring
4. Developing a plan for working with live knob and tube wiring.
