For Home Performance Contractors, they are trained and equipped to use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to help them properly diagnose existing problems within homes that can cause poor comfort conditions and high energy bills as well as unsafe health and safety conditions.

In this course you will learn:

1. About many newer diagnostic tools that can help Home Performance Contractors better diagnose problems, as well as opportunities in homes.
2. You will also learn about some more traditional or established tools that are somewhat underutilized that can help Home Performance Contractors resolve common customer problems.
3. You will see a few example projects where these tools were very helpful at resolving specific customer problems.
4. Lastly, you gain a better understanding about how diagnostic tools can often help contractors better diagnose customer comfort, health & safety and energy inefficiency problems in their homes.
