In this course, students are shown the basic business concepts for Home Performance Contracting. The relationship between marketing, leads, audits, sales, average ticket, close rates, pricing, number of production crews and backlog are discussed so managers can project revenue and profit for the upcoming year. This course is designed for managers and business owners but is open to all.

You will learn:
1. The basic aspects of what is involved when starting and running a home performance business.
2. Why accurately estimating costs and revenues is critically important.
3. You will understand how to determine the profitability of work performed.
4. And you will gain a better understanding of why establishing job pricing that is both competitive and profitable is a key aspect to running a successful business.
