SAFETY SERIES - Mold Safety - .25 CEU

Description
Mold in residential building is relatively common. In relatively small amounts, mold can be cleaned up without too much trouble and is often not a problem. If left unattended for long periods of time, however, mold can become a very widespread and serious problem for homeowners.

In this course you will learn:
1. What mold is, and how it can have negative health effects on the occupants of a home.
2. Common areas of a home that may have mold formation.
3. Strategies you can use to prevent mold from forming in the future.
4. And a GreenHomes case study of a mold mystery with recommendations and solutions.
